David’s first trip to Belize was in 1996 and the people, natural beauty of the country and pace of life kept drawing him back every few years.

In 2006 Wayne and David drove from Washington, DC to Placencia for a 90 day trial at living in Belize and never looked back.

We have traveled the country extensively so if you have questions about an activity, area or have a logistical question don’t hesitate to reach out.

While Bay’s Edge is new as of 2018, we have been in the tourism sector in Belize since 2010. Our other property is Sabal Beach in the Toledo District where we have been providing guests with a truly unique off-grid experience since 2010.

We are predominantly at Bay’s Edge these days due to school schedules for our daughter Sofia but you may find us at either property depending on the time of year. Whether we are onsite or not our staff will ensure you are well cared for!
